1. Definitions

- Customer: The individual or entity that engages the Company’s services.
- Services: The transportation and moving services provided by the Company.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure a booking, the Customer must provide accurate information and pay any required deposit as outlined during the booking process. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
2.1 Booking Process
- Submit a booking request through our official channels.
- Provide necessary details including date, time, and service requirements.
- Receive confirmation upon successful booking.
2.2 Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
3. Payment Terms
All payments should be made in the currency specified in the invoice. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4. Liability and Insurance
The Company provides insurance coverage for goods during transportation. However, the total liability is limited to the insured value of the goods. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
4.1 Insurance Coverage
- Basic coverage included in the service cost.
- Additional coverage available upon request for an extra fee.
4.2 Liability Limitations
The Company’s liability does not extend to:
- Loss or damage due to natural disasters.
- Theft or vandalism occurring after delivery.
5. Responsibilities of Highbury Man with Van
The Company is responsible for the safe transportation of goods as per the agreed schedule and conditions. We ensure our staff are trained and our vehicles are maintained to industry standards.
6. Responsibilities of the Customer
The Customer must ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform the Company of any specific handling requirements or restrictions.
6.1 Packing and Labeling
- All fragile items must be clearly marked.
- Hazardous materials are not accepted unless prior arrangements are made.
6.2 Access and Permissions
The Customer must provide access to the pickup and delivery locations. Any restrictions or requirements should be communicated in advance.
7. Goods and Property
The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to goods. Upon delivery, the Customer should inspect the goods and report any damages within 24 hours.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our official communication channels.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

By using Highbury Man with Van’s services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
